For the ritual, begin with a cleansing foot ritual, followed by a back scrub removed using hot mitts. The heat from the stones during the massage combined with tailored aromatherapy oils will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, relieved of tension and will bring your body and mind back into a harmonious balance. Alternatively, just choose the 60 minute hot stone massage which will have all the same relaxing benefits, but will not include the foot ritual or the back exfoliation.

Recharging Pregnancy Ritual
This ritual is tailored to the individual needs to each Mum to be from 16 weeks onwards. Relaxing and recharging for both mum and baby, the Pregnancy Ritual starts with an arm and leg scrub removed with warm mitts, followed by a light foot, leg, hand and arm massage, a Heart of the Ocean facial, an upper bank and shoulder massage (depending on Trimester) and finishing with a relaxing scalp massage.
